To use Banglarbhumi Application / Receipt Reprint, open the official Banglarbhumi portal, sign in if prompted, and choose Citizen Services → Application/Report Reprint. Select the document or request type, enter your application number and the other details shown, complete the verification and open the available output to download or print.
Start from the official Banglarbhumi portal. This independent guide does not issue receipts or accept payments. For an overview of related tasks, see our Banglarbhumi land records guide.
Which document do you need to reprint?
Choose the output that matches the task you already completed. An application copy, a calculation report and a payment receipt serve different purposes. The options available depend on the service and the current portal form.
| What you need | What to look for | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| A copy of a submitted application | The matching application-form option | The details submitted for that application |
| A declaration associated with an application | The relevant declaration option, if offered | The declaration document for that request |
| Evidence of a recorded payment | Receipt or the relevant service-specific receipt option | The payment details shown on that receipt |
| A land-revenue calculation | Revenue calculation report/PDF, if offered | The calculated revenue details, rather than proof of payment |
| A land-revenue application copy | Revenue application form, if offered | The submitted revenue application details |
Older official instructions show mutation application, mutation declaration, conversion application and revenue-related outputs. Use the labels actually offered for your service today; not every application produces every document type.
Details to keep ready
- The application or request number from the submitted acknowledgment.
- The service you applied for and the document you need.
- Your registered account details if the portal asks you to sign in.
- For a receipt enquiry, the saved GRN or bank transaction reference, payment date and amount.
- Access to your saved application papers so you can check the returned document.
Use the reference requested by the form. An application number, GRN and bank transaction reference are different identifiers; do not substitute one for another unless the screen explicitly offers that search method.
How to reprint a Banglarbhumi application or receipt
- Open the official Banglarbhumi homepage. Complete sign-in if prompted.
- Open Citizen Services and select Application/Report Reprint or the corresponding reprint option displayed for your service.
- Select the required document or request type. Choose the application form for an application copy, or the appropriate receipt option for a payment receipt.
- Enter the application number and any additional fields requested. Copy the reference accurately from your acknowledgment.
- Complete the current CAPTCHA or other verification and use the next, view or submit button shown.
- Check that the returned application reference, applicant and available service details match your request. For a receipt, also compare the payment details shown.
- Use the provided download or print option. Open the saved file to check that all pages are readable before keeping or sharing it.
If an old direct link fails, reopen the service from the official homepage. Reprinting an existing document is different from starting a new application or making another payment.
How to save the available output as PDF
Use the portal’s own PDF download when one is provided. If the service displays a printable document instead, the browser’s Print function may allow you to save that output as a PDF.
- On a computer: open the document, choose Print (often Ctrl+P on Windows or Command+P on Mac), and select Save as PDF or the equivalent available destination.
- On a phone: open the browser menu and look for Print or a Share → Print option. The available save-to-PDF controls depend on your browser and phone.
- Before saving: check the preview for clipped columns, missing pages or blank output. If the portal offers a document download, use it instead of saving the surrounding webpage.
Saving or printing a webpage does not change its official status. A browser-generated PDF is not automatically a certified land-record copy.
Payment deducted but receipt not available
First check the existing payment rather than assuming that another payment will solve a missing receipt. Use the GRN Search guide to identify the relevant payment follow-up service. For land revenue, use the appropriate Khajna payment-status option where available.
- Keep the application reference, GRN if issued, bank transaction reference, date and amount together.
- Check the result for the same service and application. A bank debit alone does not establish that the portal recorded the payment against the intended request.
- If payment is confirmed, return to the correct receipt or reprint option. A calculation report is not a substitute for a payment receipt.
- If the result remains pending, failed or unclear, follow the official payment instructions or raise an enquiry through the relevant department/payment-provider channel. Check the existing transaction before deciding whether another payment is required.
Receipt availability, reconciliation and any refund depend on the relevant service. Do not rely on an assumed fixed waiting period.
Application number missing or no matching record
| Problem | What to check next |
|---|---|
| Application number not saved | Look through your downloaded acknowledgment, saved PDF, printout and any confirmation messages you received. |
| Khajna application number missing | The official portal lists Application No. Recovery (Khajna). Use it only for the relevant Khajna task and follow its current fields. |
| No matching document | Recheck the selected request type and application reference against your acknowledgment. |
| Wrong application appears | Stop and compare the reference and service. Do not use another application’s document. |
| CAPTCHA or expired session | Enter the new CAPTCHA or reopen the service from the official homepage. |
| Download does not open | Check the browser’s download list and whether a document window was blocked. Allow it only for the official portal if needed. |
| Problem persists | Contact the concerned official support or land office with the application reference and error details. |
Do not create a new application simply because an existing number is missing. Use the appropriate recovery or official support route for that service; the Khajna recovery option should not be assumed to recover every type of application.
Reprint, GRN Search and application status: the difference
Reprint helps you obtain an available application, report or receipt again. GRN Search follows the relevant payment or related request. Application status follows the processing or decision on a submitted case.
For an existing mutation case, see our Mutation Status guide. A reprinted application or payment receipt alone does not establish that the case has been approved. For an official record-copy request, follow the ROR Request guide and its delivery instructions.
Frequently asked questions
Can I reprint a mutation or conversion application?
Select the matching application output if it is offered for your submitted request, then enter the reference details required by the official form.
Is a revenue calculation report the same as a receipt?
No. A calculation report shows the calculation. Use the relevant payment receipt to check the payment information it records.
Do I need to pay again to get a missing receipt?
Do not assume that you do. Check the existing payment and the correct receipt service first, then follow the official instructions for the result.
Can I reprint without an application number?
The form may require the application reference. Check your saved acknowledgment or use an appropriate recovery option where the portal provides one. There is no assumed universal recovery method for every service.
Can I use a reprinted receipt as proof of application approval?
A receipt records the payment details shown on it. Check the separate application or case-status service for the decision.
